Being prepared is key to managing a successful travel risk programme and we ensure a detailed pre-planning process is conducted with our customers to understand their needs, and where necessary their insurer, so that any crisis response is stressed tested before ever being needed.
In the event of a major incident our crisis response teams work in tandem with globally deployable G4S assets and supported 24/7 by the GSOC to ensure on-going monitoring of the event is regularly communicated back to our customers. Our Tracking platform enables designated responders to swiftly locate and securely communicate with affected travellers, saving essential time and resources, whilst activating appropriate local capability to support if required.
Medical and Security Evacuation
We provide a fully managed evacuation service using a worldwide network of credentialed aviation assets, aeromedical and security specialists, to ensure travellers are repatriated to safe havens and/or designated centres of medical excellence.
Where our customers operate in remote or challenging environments we will work through a Medical Emergency Response Plan (MERP) to design effective processes for staff to access appropriate healthcare whether through telemedicine and local healthcare infrastructure, to supply of a single paramedic to a full-spectrum solution involving a multidisciplinary team and facility set-up that seamlessly works alongside our 24/7 assistance platform.
