The network is delivered through a combination of direct provider relationships and strategic partnerships to ensure that we deliver best patient care, as well as value for money. Our dedicated network management team continually reviews and develops the performance of the assistance supply chain via a clinically led, proprietary, credentialing process; developed for a range of providers that include:

In-house assistance platform

Our in-house assistance platform supports our service teams to select the closest, most appropriate provider. Using geo-mapping, and our internal ranking system, we can direct customers to the appropriate facility, managing bespoke networks when required to meet customer needs around quality of care and cashless service.

Cost containment

At Collinson we have the best interests of the patient at heart. We are also fully aware that both cost containment and cost mitigation are key to successful case management.

Our partner selection and appointment process is robust, with key strategic partnerships for cost containment support in the US, Europe and Africa. These partners are closely monitored to ensure delivery against agreed measures, with annual on-site audits to make sure they adhere to the agreed operating protocols.

Contracts with key provider groups offer discounted rates versus standard chargemasters, as well as alternative cost containment solutions around package pricing, and service specific agreements. The network is constantly evolving and there is a comprehensive onboarding and account management process for all providers; including an independent medical review of the quality of services to ensure clinical standards are fulfilled.
