24/7 medical assistance
Our medical assistance platforms provide services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our core business includes the provision of medical and security advice to a number of markets and corporate entities on a global scale along with our extensive expertise in all categories of medical assistance.
Medical team
Routine medical advice, assistance or emergency calls are triaged directly by a team of 90 assistance staff. We employ teams of doctors and nurses across our locations both in the UK and Ireland. These teams are led by our Global Medical Director. Our service structure enables us to provide immediate support whether it is medical or security advice directly to the end customer wherever they are in the world.
Proactive case management
Our assistance team and service structure enables proactive management and continuous governance of every case. Supported by our case management system, processes, and patient centred approach, the teams ensure that customers are kept informed and their case managed from the moment they first contact us through to the moment their episode of care is over or they return home.
Medical evacuations and repatriations
These are co-ordinated by our team of experienced assistance and medical personnel and directed to designate centres of medical excellence. We manage a global network of partners depending on scenario, medical condition and capability. We conduct a thorough risk assessment to deliver the best medical outcome versus the most cost effective solution.
We deliver security advice and response to situations globally. This is achieved through our global security network who not only offer security updates for locations but offer practical advice on escalating security situations globally. Where necessary they can offer evacuation services for political unrest, natural disaster and terrorism.
24/7 emergency and crisis support
Our specialist teams are dedicated to providing travellers and expatriates with 24/7 emergency and crisis support during incidents or periods of heightened insecurity. They can arrange aviation services, and where possible and as permitted by authorities, extract your personnel from an international point of departure to the nearest safe haven.
Security evacuation
All protocols are pre-agreed with you and cases run by our security team ensure the safe return of your mobile employees or travellers from trouble spots around the world. The Global Operations Centre works closely with you to determine whether a local situation warrants evacuation services according to your operations and risk approach to classifying essential/non-essential local personnel.

Depending on the specific requirements, our security training can be delivered via standard e-learning modules accessed online, bespoke classroom sessions conducted at your premises or hosted offsite for more intense sessions. Our Security Risk Management team has extensive experience of delivering strategic and operational security risk consultancy and support to organisations operating in emerging or potentially complex markets.
