Covid-19 Coronavirus

The novel coronavirus is now impacting a number of countries and regions globally, with the situation constantly evolving. We are monitoring this daily under the leadership of our Global Medical Director, Dr. Simon Worrell, with support from his medical assistance team. His background in infectious diseases and pandemics gives us the perspective needed for this situation. As a company, we have in place measures to ensure the wellbeing of our clients’ travellers, customers and employees around the world. As a partner with experience across the travel, loyalty, financial services, insurance and assistance sectors, we are here to help you navigate the situation and make informed decisions by offering advice and recommendations.

We also wish to reassure all of our clients and partners that we have a sustainable, global business model, with continuity plans in place in line with predictions being made for the coming months. As a global organisation situated in 18 locations worldwide, we are devoted to efficiently leveraging our resources to provide a consistent experience to our clients, partners and their stakeholders; in turn, helping ensure the smooth running of their own global and regional operations.

Specifically, for our airport lounge offering, we can report that a number of our lounges in affected areas are temporarily closed. Information regarding which lounges are closed is available within the individual lounge entries on the Priority Pass, LoungeKey, Lounge Pass and Lounge Club websites and Priority Pass app. Please refer to a full list of impacted lounges here.
