Collinson's Ready 2 Order

 

A free and simple solution for our lounge partners, providing a digital food & drink ordering process to all lounge visitors using their mobile phone or tablet.  

We recognise the many challenges you face as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, including providing food and drinks safely to lounge visitors.  We want to support you as much as we can and have therefore developed a new digital solution called Ready 2 Order, which allows guests to simply, efficiently and safely place food and drinks orders when visiting a lounge.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
  • Lounge visitors can scan a QR code or tap an NFC-enabled device on signage at each seat/table within the lounge (each code is unique to a seat location for implementation models where delivery to seat is provided).
  • Visitors then select their food & drinks order from the lounge-specific menu.
  • Once the order has been prepared, it is then either delivered directly to the visitor’s table or to an assigned collection point.

  • Provides a contactless food and drinks ordering solution which is now crucial for managing Covid-19 safety measures.
  • Maintains lounge value offering of complimentary food and drinks via safe and efficient self-ordering process.
  • Reduce consumption and wastage compared to self-service.Opportunity to increase seating capacity in lounges by removing buffet areas – reducing potential impact of social distancing in lounges.
  • Optional ‘Premium Package’ for lounges to leverage the platform for order & payment of priced items and upselling capabilities. 

Delivered in partnership with Grab and a free solution we are providing to our Partners, Ready 2 Order is currently being piloted in lounges around the world.  Feedback so far has shown it is appreciated by both lounge staff and lounge visitors.

To date, almost 2,000 lounge visitors have used the digital ordering service for their complimentary in-lounge food and drinks at one of our piloting lounge partners.
