Paving the way to offer an increased range of airport and travel experiences to Members.

We continue to broaden our inventory and extend our experience-based benefits for our Members to meet their evolving travel needs. As we expand our partnerships beyond the airport lounge network, our offerings will soon be recategorized to provide clearer choices and personalised benefits for Priority Pass Members via individual listings on our web and app:

  LOUNGE

As lounge access remains the core offer to our Members, we continue to enhance the value we bring to our partners and customers through various initiatives such as our recommended Airport Lounge Health & Hygiene Standards, Ready 2 Order, Lounge Legends, and other ongoing activities in place to promote our lounge network to travellers. Soon, we will also be introducing Deluxe Lounges which will be available to a select subset of the Priority Pass membership. 

EAT

Recognising that Priority Pass Members sometimes do not have time to access a lounge, Airport Takeout offers a convenient and no-wait solution, where food and drinks can be pre-ordered and paid for on the Priority Pass app, before collecting at participating dining locations.

In terminals where there is no lounge available, or the lounge is often at capacity, airport dining locations provide an alternative option for Members. Operationalised the same way as lounge access, this member benefit provides significant revenue to our growing network of partner restaurants and bars worldwide. 

 REFRESH

Our rapidly growing network of spa and salon outlets within the airport environment, offers Priority Pass Members access to treatments during their pre and post flight dwell time around the world.

Exclusive offers for Priority Pass Members are often applied to tailored services or pamper packages.

REST

As the second most desired airport service for travellers, our network of sleep pods and private suites are continuing to increase. Comfortable capsules and mini rooms with additional services provide premium sleep facilities for our Members.

 UNWIND

Access to gaming rooms and airside hotels will provide our Members a choice to relax and unwind through interactive entertainment and hassle-free comfort.

New categories will be surfaced on the Priority Pass app and website from early 2021, and we will continue to provide you with progress and updates as we pursue the expansion of Priority Pass inventory based on research and Member demands. Contact us if you have any questions.
