Nominated for the Best Use of CRM award, Radisson Rewards 2014 ‘Thank You’ campaign saw record click through rates, and a gift redemption rate of 34%. Set up to thank members for their programme loyalty, the ‘Thank You’ campaign used personalised gifts that were specific to each recipient and distributed using a surprise and delight mechanism.
Up for the Best Use of Communications is Club Carlson ‘Dream Deals’ campaign. The campaign offered exclusive access to discounted trips to members of the loyalty programme 5 days in advance of a public launch. This VIP treatment for programme members was such a success it returned a staggering ROI of more than 7,500%.
