Modern Slavery Statement

The Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires commercial organisations supplying goods or services with a turnover of above £36 million to prepare and publish an annual 'Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement'. The Statement must set out the steps an organisation has taken, if any, during its financial year to ensure that slavery or human trafficking is not taking place in its supply chain.

Our Statement

As a company we fully support the objectives of the UK Modern Slavery Act and will not tolerate any form of slavery.

This statement sets out our approach to managing modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chains. It relates to the actions and activities undertaken across our organisation irrespective of turnover, to ensure slavery and human trafficking does not take place internally or anywhere within its supply chain.

Our Business

We are a global leader in shaping and influencing customer behaviour to drive revenue and add value to our clients.

Our breadth of expertise encompasses four core areas of capability; Loyalty, Lifestyle Benefits, Insurance and Assistance. We employ over 2,000 people operating in 25 locations across the globe, managing over 20 million end customers in 170 countries.

Our external supply chains are generally limited to a small number agents, clients and service providers offering a range of services to end customers across the globe.  Internally our staff and operations are supported by suppliers of research and consultancy services, computer software and equipment and office supplies.

Risk Management

We are compliant with all current rules and regulations applicable to our business and aim to employ staff of the highest ethical and professional standards.

Our risk management framework enables us to identify, assess, manage and control key risks to the business including those related to slavery and human trafficking across the organisation.

Our commitment to preventing the cystallisation of these risks can be evidenced in our recruitment and appraisal processes as well as our company policies.

We also expect the same high standards of ethical conduct from those parties with whom we engage such as our suppliers, agents and clients.

Due to the nature of our business and our robust approach to risk management, we have assessed that there is very low risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Collinson Group Ltd shall take responsibility for this statement and will review and update as appropriate.
