Do I need experience in a particular industry to join your Finance team?
Not necessarily. You’ll need relevant finance experience, but it doesn’t always need to come from travel, loyalty or financial services. We value the skills and fresh perspectives gained in other industries, as well as your ability to turn financial information into insight and work collaboratively across the business.
What systems and tools do your Finance team use?
Our Finance teams use tools including Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau and Tagetik to manage financial information, support reporting and turn data into insight. The tools you use will depend on your role, with opportunities to build your skills along the way.

Pay is competitive and reflects the skills, experience and location of each role.
