Collinson Group Publishes Latest ESG Report, Reinforcing ‘Good Beyond Profit’ Commitment

The Collinson Group has published its latest Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, guided by the company’s Good Beyond Profit philosophy and long-term approach to responsible growth.
Reflecting on the year, David Evans, Chief Strategy & Investments Officer, said FY25 was “a defining year for Collinson Group”, with the business delivering record-breaking financial results that “underscore both the strength of our business model and the enduring global appetite for travel and premium travel-related experiences.” He added that FY25 also marked the launch of both the Collinson Foundation and the Group ESG strategy -“two important milestones that demonstrate our philosophy of delivering good beyond profit.”
Bringing together work from across the Group, the report outlines how Collinson Group is managing its impact on the environment, supporting its people and communities, and running the business responsibly. It also demonstrates how the group's belief in delivering good beyond profit is being put into practice across the organisation.
The report sets out how ESG considerations are embedded into the way Collinson Group operates and grows—integrating sustainability, social impact, and strong governance into decision-making. It highlights the progress made to date, where momentum is building, and where the business recognises there is still more to do, alongside the actions being taken to drive continuous improvement.
The findings and results captured in the report have also helped shape Collinson Group’s ESG strategy, built around three priority pillars:
- Respecting our Planet
- Engaging our People
- Harnessing our Data
Together, these pillars provide a clear framework for focusing efforts, strengthening accountability, and delivering positive, measurable impact over the long term—creating value for Collinson Group’s people, partners, and the communities it serves, beyond financial performance.
