31 March 2026: Collinson Insurance, the specialist travel and parametric insurance provider and part of the Collinson Group, has agreed a new partnership with leading Spanish travel insurance broker Bujaldon to provide a new, transformative claims operating model to the Spanish market.

Under the agreement, Collinson Insurance will give Bujaldon greater ownership and control over its claims service delivery, reducing resolution times from weeks to around 3 days.

The new strategic partnership with Bujaldon will transform the claims landscape in Spain, offering significantly enhanced service and response rates to customers and travel agencies.

Collinson Insurance already supports clients and their customers across 22 EU markets, and this partnership will strengthen its presence in Spain as it continues to expand across Europe.
