Creating products that deliver real value
Our Product team brings together Product Management, Value Proposition, Customer Experience and Design, Product Client Success and Regional Product teams. Together, they use customer, client and market insights to create products and experiences that are relevant, scalable and built for the future.
Whether you’re defining a new proposition, shaping a product roadmap, designing a better customer journey or helping clients get more from our solutions, you’ll have the opportunity to influence what we create, how it evolves and the value it delivers.
Who better to tell you what it’s like to work at Collinson than the people who work here? Hear about their experiences, the opportunities they’ve had and what they enjoy most about being part of our team.
Collinson offers the opportunity to tackle complex global challenges and see the impact of your work. Its entrepreneurial spirit and global reach mean that if you have an idea and take ownership, you can make it happen.
VP Product & Innovation, Americas, Market Growth

Genuinely, it’s the best place I’ve worked. Great people, interesting challenges and the freedom to make things better.
Director of Customer Experience Design

The people and culture make Collinson a great place to work. It feels open and approachable, with less hierarchy and more freedom to speak up, learn from others and take on new opportunities. You’re trusted to find your own way, with supportive colleagues around you when you need them.
Value Proposition Manager
Do I need experience in travel, loyalty or financial services to join your Product teams?
Not always. Some roles may require specific industry or technical experience, but our Product colleagues come from a wide range of backgrounds. In many cases, transferable skills, fresh perspectives and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
What kinds of products and customer challenges could I work on?
Depending on your team, you could work on the Priority Pass website and app, improve customer journeys, collaborate with key clients to shape our products for their customers, develop future travel propositions or solve immediate product challenges. The work is varied, with opportunities to make an impact across the product lifecycle
How do Product teams work with Technology, Data, Design and the wider business?
Collaboration is central to working in Product. You’ll partner with developers to bring ideas to life, while working with Operations, Commercial, Marketing and Partnerships to understand customer needs and deliver the right solutions.
What is the culture like within your Product teams?
Our Product teams are welcoming, friendly and close-knit, despite the scale of our global business. The culture is collaborative and hands-on, with everyone encouraged to get involved, take ownership and help solve problems from day one.
How do you support learning, professional development and career progression in Product?
Learning is a key part of life at Collinson. We offer a blend of self-paced learning, formal training and practical experience, including online courses, internal programmes, stretch assignments and professional qualifications, giving you the flexibility to develop your skills and progress your career in a way that works for you.
What can I expect in terms of pay, benefits and flexible working for Product roles?
Pay is competitive and reflects the skills, experience and location of each role. Benefits vary by country and may include hybrid working, working from anywhere for up to eight weeks a year, airport lounge access, family support, sabbaticals, learning opportunities, paid volunteering and charity match funding.
