Research shows us that some of the best learning takes place on the job, through coaching, stretch assignments or even being involved in new projects. We also believe a need to provide great training too. We invest in an elearning platform, which provides every employee to unlimited access to over 4,000 training courses ranging from photography, how to build a mobile app right through to topics such as leadership skills or how to create a great Powerpoint presentation.
On top of this, we have a People Development team who are focused on providing face to face learning workshops and programmes, often co-delivered by our own in-house industry or knowledge experts. This includes our innovative Agility Gym Workouts, short-burst training designed to provide all employees with focused and high energy training that can be applied immediately in the real world of work.
Every manager can expect to participate in our Managing Excellence Programme, one of our flagship programmes, which is externally endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management. This provides them with the knowledge, skills and techniques used by some of the world’s best managers to drive a high performing and engaging business culture.
