When it comes to travel, flexibility is everything. That’s why Priority Pass EAT is a smart way for banks to enhance their cardholder experience – offering more choice, convenience, and comfort at the airport.

In addition to lounge access, Cardholders can also use their lounge visit allowance to receive credit to enjoy curated menus and money off their bill at over 215 airport dining locations globally.

EAT gives cardholders the freedom to choose how they spend their time at the airport:

  • A quick bite before boarding,

  • Travelling with companions or family who don’t have lounge access,

  • A preferred dining experience over a lounge (your favourite pizza place or coffee spot)

Flexibility to suit their personal travel plans.

Lunch times for members travelling on short haul flights (11am-1pm): These travellers often won’t receive food onboard, making a substantial pre-flight meal through EAT a valuable option.

Evening hours when lounges begin to close (7-9pm): As some lounges shut their doors around 7pm, members naturally turn to EAT dining options – perfectly timed with dinner hours.

How does it work?

Easy to Access: Dining options are clearly listed in the Priority Pass and LoungeKey apps, under each airport terminal.

Included in Entitlements: Priority Pass Members can use their lounge visit as credit for money off the bill at selected airport dining locations, offering a flexible alternative to traditional lounge access.

  1. Log in to the Priority Pass app or website.

  2. Search by airport and terminal to view available dining options.

  3. Look for EAT alternatives listed below the lounge entries.

  4. When requesting the bill, cardholders must present their Priority Pass access token (Payment Card, Digital Membership Card, or Physical Priority Pass Card) and Boarding Pass

By integrating EAT into your cardholder proposition, banks can:

  • Offer a more personalised and relevant travel experience

  • Provide more choice and flexibility for different customer needs

  • Strengthen customer loyalty through added value benefits

Let your cardholders dine, relax and enjoy the journey – their way. Partner with Priority Pass to deliver more than just access – deliver choice.
