Our Leadership Team

The Founder and Chairman of Collinson Group, Colin is the driving force behind many firsts in travel and loyalty. He established ICLP, the first dedicated international loyalty agency.   He launched the first independent global airport lounge access programme, Priority Pass. Later, Columbus Direct was the first in the UK to sell travel insurance direct. Last year Colin created Valuedynamx to be a leading global provider of personalised, targeted, data-driven omnichannel purchase rewards. Today it has Financial Services and Travel clients on five continents.  

Colin has been recognised with awards such as Loyalty Magazine’s Personality of the Year 2017 and the Loyalty Lifetime Achievement Mega Award in 2011.   

He is committed to driving innovation, leading product and strategic development. When making investments in start-ups and scale-ups, Colin offers not only financial support but mentoring and strategic guidance.

In a highly dynamic environment, Jon oversees Collinson’s financial teams around the globe, driving overall financial governance to support rapid growth, increased innovation, and the creation of new commercial models. 
 
Jon’s 20+ years of financial and operations experience saw him leading finance teams at some of the travel industry’s largest companies including Avios, TUI and Virgin Holidays. Jon has been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2012. 

Mo guides our product and innovation, shaping the travel experience and loyalty of tomorrow, by placing the customer at the heart of what Collinson does. He’s responsible for all global and regional product, data and innovation strategy and execution. 
 
Mo brings a wealth of product leadership, commercial and customer acumen after more than 17 years working for leading organisations across the energy, technology and communications sectors, latterly at Vodafone. He is also an advisory member across start-ups.                                                                                

While protecting the core business, Sheryl’s primary focus is on evolving the Americas region and delivering tangible value to all clients, partners and employees while broadening our expertise throughout the region.  

Sheryl’s sole focus when she first joined us was Priority Pass. During this time, the region expanded its success and grew the Travel Experience business beyond the financial services sector.  

Before Collinson, Sheryl’s career spanned roles in sales, marketing and business operations, with a strong focus on helping large companies evolve their business through product and market expansion.  

Chris heads up our EMEA business leading teams in both London and Dubai. 

His global marketing career, spanning 30 years, has given him the opportunity to work with blue chip brands across a variety of sectors, including financial services, travel, insurance and automotive. He has lived and worked across four continents.

Prior to returning to live in the UK, Chris spent 20 years in New York at leading communications companies, latterly the COO for the advertising agency, Grey. 

Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Todd has over 25 years of experience in the region, with leadership roles across sales, marketing and operations. He has supported clients in diverse industries including banking, insurance, consumer, retail, travel and hospitality, and has a deep understanding and appreciation for the complex challenges faced by businesses in today’s rapidly evolving landscape.

Prior to joining Collinson, Todd was President Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific for Kognitiv Corporation and before that held senior leadership roles with Williams Lea Tag and BT Global Services. Todd sits on the Collinson International Global Board, is the Immediate Past Chairman and Current Head of the Governors’ Council of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Cadence’s passion for responsible business and the role organisations have to play, in not only doing the right thing, but innovating to address global challenges, have made her a key contributor and leader in Collinson’s mission to do ‘good, beyond profit’.

She works with our board and senior leadership team to define our short, medium and long term goals.
Holding a part time role leading Sage Foundation, Cadence also sits on the board of London-based social enterprise, Abianda, that works with young women affected by gangs and county lines, and the professionals who support them.
