Alexandra Innes joins the Board of The Collinson Group

Alexandra Innes has joined the Collinson Group Board as Non-Executive Director, bringing extensive executive and board-level experience across the financial services, investment and wealth management, real estate, sport and media sectors.
She currently serves as an external committee member at the Bank of England, a Non-Executive Director of W1M Wealth Management Ltd, and Senior Independent Director at Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust and STS Global Income and Growth Trust plc. She has also served on the boards of Knight Frank LLP, Dowlais Group plc, the All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Ltd., and the UCI Cycling World Championships Ltd.
Her international banking experience has given her a strong understanding of global markets and a proven track record of supporting businesses through growth, transformation, and M&A.
Alexandra is a member of the Global Advisory Board at Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and a Fellow of Chapter Zero. She brings significant experience in responsible business and embedding sustainability into long-term strategy and decision-making.
As the newly appointed Chair of the Collinson Group’s Audit & Risk Committee, Alexandra will draw on her extensive committee experience across listed, privately owned and public sector organisations.
Her appointment comes at a significant point in Collinson Group’s growth, following a record financial year in which revenue exceeded £2 billion for the first time, and following the completion of a new £350 million Revolving Credit Facility.
Doubling the Group’s previous financing capacity, the facility will support a £500 million investment programme over the next five years, accelerating international growth and innovation across the Group’s businesses.

Alexandra holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, where she serves on the Finance Committee and Property Board. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Green and Sustainable Finance Professional with the Chartered Banker Institute. She also holds a qualification in AI Leadership from Stanford University.
