Emma Kisby appointed CEO of Valuedynamx

The Collinson Group has appointed Emma Kisby as the new Chief Executive Officer of Valuedynamx, a leading global provider of personalised rewards that help businesses engage with their customers through purchasing data.
It comes after she joined the Collinson Group earlier this year as Chief Transformation Officer, helping to develop the transformation plans of the business and playing a key role in shaping its strategy for future growth.
In her new role, Emma brings a background in data analytics, payments and building businesses. She recently scaled a fintech from concept to a multi-million revenue business and was one of the founding team that launched i2c, Aimia's data analytics business that went on to become Nectar 360.
She has also previously worked at IAG Loyalty, Virgin, Nectar and Tesco, and has consulted many FTSE 100 companies on their data and customer engagement strategy.
Emma Kisby said: “I’m delighted to be taking over the role of CEO at Valuedynamx, working with an amazing team, thanks to the Collinson Group’s culture, which firmly puts people first.
“The transactional data we handle every day is becoming one of the most valuable currencies in commerce. And as the pace of change increases, I am dedicated to ensuring Valuedynamx continues to add even more value to some of the biggest and best-known brands across travel, retail and the financial services sector.”
David Evans, Group Managing Director, The Collinson Group, said: “The talented team at Valuedynamx have built a strong platform from which Emma can grow and evolve the business and unlock its true potential.
“I am excited about the opportunities which lie ahead and am confident that under Emma’s dynamic leadership, we can build a strong and sustainable future for Valuedynamx to accelerate its growth in the years ahead.”
Emma added: “Together, we sit at a unique and fascinating intersection of loyalty, payments and commerce, connecting merchants, issuers and brands to engage and reward customers automatically at the point of sale."
Valuedynamx is one of the Group’s five distinct and diverse operating companies, which together help its clients build compelling customer propositions, drive loyalty and engagement, and shape the future of premium travel. It enhances customer loyalty and drives transactional engagement for some of the world’s largest airlines, banks, financial institutions and hotel groups.
In 2025, more than a billion pounds worth of transactions flowed through the Valuedynamx business, which reaches over 400 million active consumers across its global network. It also maintains 50,000 retail and travel partners and provides more than 400,000 rewards in more than 180 countries.
The Collinson Group recently secured a new £350 million Revolving Credit Facility to support its next phase of international growth and innovation. It followed a record financial year for Collinson, with revenue reaching £2 billion.
The new facility doubles the size of the Group’s previous financing arrangements and will support a comprehensive £500 million investment programme over the next five years across its entire business, part of which will fund the technology and data capability behind Valuedynamx’s next phase of development.
