Each colleague gets £1,000 a year to boost their fundraising or donations, doubling the impact. To date, over £400,000 has been donated via the Matched Giving programme.
Our people nominate the charities they care about to receive flexible funding through our Community Grants programme.
By investing 3% of our profits into community programmes, we’ve been able to support initiatives that genuinely change lives. It’s been inspiring to see so many of our people step up and drive this momentum. With the launch of the Collinson Foundation, we’re setting our sights on deepening that impact, creating long-term value and opportunity for the communities we serve around the world.
