Lorraine also currently holds a part-time role as CEO of Employers' Initiative on Domestic Abuse.

Prior to joining Collinson, Todd was President Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific for Kognitiv Corporation, and before that held senior leadership roles with Williams Lea Tag and BT Global Services. Todd is a previous Chairman and immediate past Head of the Governors’ Council of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

While protecting the core business, Sheryl’s primary focus is on evolving the Americas region and delivering tangible value to all clients, partners and employees while broadening our expertise throughout the region.
Sheryl’s sole focus when she first joined us was Priority Pass. During this time, the region expanded its success and grew the Travel Experience business beyond the financial services sector.
Before Collinson, Sheryl’s career spanned roles in sales, marketing and business operations, with a strong focus on helping large companies evolve their business through product and market expansion.
Chris heads up our EMEA business leading teams in both London and Dubai.
His global marketing career, spanning 30 years, has given him the opportunity to work with blue chip brands across a variety of sectors, including financial services, travel, insurance and automotive. He has lived and worked across four continents.
Prior to returning to live in the UK, Chris spent 20 years in New York at leading communications companies, latterly the COO for the advertising agency, Grey.
Chris is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Bertie focuses on evolving our unique purpose-driven culture. He thrives on challenging conventional thinking and passionately believes in doing what it takes to help our people achieve their full potential in an environment they are proud to work in.
He has spent most of his career as a senior talent and organisation development specialist, operating as both an in-house expert and management consultant. His experience stretches across a range of industry sectors such as media, retail and financial services, including two assignments in MENA and the Americas.
Leading the Product organisation to continuously innovate and expand our customer-centric solutions and offerings, Fabio brings a diverse range of skills and experiences matured across different industries and multiple countries.
Fabio spent eight years at Visa in Dubai, where he held the role of Vice President and Head of Product and Solutions for the MENA region. During this tenure, he spearheaded the modernization of Visa's product offerings, achieving significant revenue growth and operational efficiency. Fabio's extensive career also includes key roles at Intesa Sanpaolo, one of the top banking groups in Europe, where he supervised and coordinated initiatives across all the international subsidiary banks, developed new products and services, and launched innovative payment solutions. Additionally, he has spent many years as a Strategy Consultant, for leading management consulting firms such as McKinsey & Company, Kearney, and Deloitte, where he worked on several high-profile projects for financial institutions and corporations.
Fabio holds an M.Eng. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, graduating with First Class Honours from University College London (UCL).
Marco Pera is the Chief Technology and Data Officer and works with an exceptional global team to manage and evolve our platform ecosystem and advance how we use data and intelligence.
He believes strong customer focus, vulnerability, curiosity and collaboration are the keys to innovation and is passionate about realising value from digital, data, AI and cloud technologies.
He comes with a track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer experience, reducing costs, launching products and enhancing the operating environment gained from 24+ years’ experience across sectors including Big 4 consulting, media, financial services, property and now travel.

Amy’s focus is on our global network relationships, managing the sensitive interplay between Collinson, the networks, and the issuers, and ensuring our products and services deliver against client and Collinson objectives.
Before joining Collinson, Amy spent 8 years with Visa, most recently as Head of Loyalty, Asia Pacific. Prior to that, she was based in Dubai in multiple roles on the benefit platforms for the Visa CEMEA region. Before joining Visa, we are proud that Amy spent 5 years within Collinson in the airport lounge business, managing clients in EMEA and then, ultimately, one of the Global Clients.
Being well-versed in our own product suite and organization, coupled with her extensive experience in the benefit and loyalty space, Amy is in the unique position to truly understand our global clients and translate their needs into deliverable actions.
Bhavesh is the SVP of B2B product and innovation with 20 years of experience across Products, strategy, leadership and digital transformation.
He is passionate about creating products that positively impact society. He focuses on transformational leadership in creating learning organisation focusing on people, culture and sustainable outcomes. Bhavesh has worked across a number of sectors in products including defence, consultancy, banking, cyber security and now in travel.
Chris Rogers is the Senior Vice President of Commercial, Asia Pacific at Collinson – a global leader in traveller experiences and medical assistance.
Chris has over 25 years’ experience working with clients across travel, financial services, technology and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) with loyalty and ancillary revenue services. He joined Collinson in 1996 initially as General Manager for ICLP in Singapore and then expanded his responsibilities to include operations across Asia Pacific as well as overseeing the start-up of Collinson's loyalty office in the USA. In his current role, Chris leads the Commercial team in Asia Pacific and spearheads the development of some of the newer market initiatives in partnerships, loyalty and ancillary revenue.
Chris has significant agency and product market development experience having assisted clients including Singapore Airlines, ANA, Virgin Australia, Procter & Gamble, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Porsche, Intel and FedEx.
Gary Steadman works with a team of exceptional talent spread across the world and has global responsibility for Customer Services, Product Operations, Finance Operations, Digital Operations, Project Delivery, People & Culture Operations as well as Operational Excellence.
Gary has over 20 years’ experience in Operations and Shared Services across a number of industries, Legal, Bio Tech (including a 3 year secondment to Costa Rica where he set up a large operational centre in San Jose), Pharma, Ports and now Travel. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt keen on Simplification, Standardisation and Automation (using RPA/AI and other tools).
Gary earned his MBA from the University of Roehampton.
Ikwu is responsible for leading our Global Legal Team and managing legal risks wherever they arise.
He is passionate about delivering legal services in a “beyond SME” manner which aligns strategically to commercial objectives and enables the business to make the best possible decisions.
He brings 20 years of legal experience to Collinson and his career experience involves management roles in legal teams supporting major financial services companies including Royal Bank of Scotland, Direct Line Group and Equitable Life.
Based in Dallas, Michael leads the Finance team for the Americas region. He joined Priority Pass in 2008.
Michael lived in London for 8 years before being relocated to Texas by his employer. In England, his career has included working in financial services, transportation and manufacturing. Prior to Collinson, he was CFO of a high-tech manufacturing entity in Texas.
Michael is from Ireland and is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway, where he earned both a BComm and an M.B.S. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as Certified Public Accountant (TX).
Mauricio is responsible for Collinson’s Client Engagement efforts in The Americas region, where he works with talented Collinson team members across multiple countries and with existing clients throughout the entire region, ensuring flawless delivery of Collinson Experiences and a strong relationship to allow Collinson continue contributing to client success. He also oversees Business Solutions in the Americas region which leverages a consultative approach to answer client needs and spark innovation in the region by connecting with startups, industry experts and like-minded organizations and individuals to help fuel solutions for our clients.
He is a highly accomplished Senior Executive with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries and businesses such as consulting, engineering and construction, corporate travel, hospitality, international business, supplier relations, market development, negotiations; and across multiple geographies including North, Central and South America, Europe and Asia. Mauricio earned a B.B.A. and Engineering degree from Universidad del Bío-Bío in Chile; and an M.B.A. in Finance and Analytic Finance from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Nicola is our SVP of Global Finance based in our London office.
Her finance career to date has spanned a number of sectors, including property, automotive, financial services and travel. Having previously lived and worked in Luxembourg for 5 years working with the largest private equity groups on their global tax structuring and planning.
Nicola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, is Chartered Tax qualified and is a Chartered Internal Auditor.
Priyanka is a senior business leader with over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering customer engagement and loyalty strategies across the financial services, travel, retail, channel and leisure & entertainment sectors for leading global and regional brands.
In Priyanka’s current capacity at Collinson, she is responsible for setting up the region for success, carving it out from global, with high emphasis on protecting existing business in these critical times while spearheading growth of the region through increasing Collinson’s market share in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Priyanka’s remit includes setting the direction for Collinson global teams on product development and go to market strategy for EMEA ensuring our offering across Loyalty, Travel Experience and Insurance and Assistance is fit for purpose and geared towards the needs and demands of the region.
Priyanka also represents Collinson externally at events, in media and thought leadership forums across EMEA. Working alongside the C-suite of leading brands, Priyanka provides insights on enterprise level customer engagement strategies utilising the development in data, digital and emerging technologies.
Vicki is responsible for leading the commercial and strategic management of a vast network of partners across the Airport Ecosystem including Lounges, Spas, Dining, and other passenger services. Since joining Collinson in 2019, she’s led the development and successful delivery of critical strategies, such as growth and diversification of our partner network, restructuring of operating models, and new consumer solutions to help guide the business through the pandemic.
Prior to joining Collinson she gained a wealth of experience in product and partnership management in roles across blue-chip banks and networks, smaller niche firms and her own consultancy business, across a variety of travel and lifestyle products.

Michael is from Ireland and is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway, where he earned both a BComm and an M.B.S. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales as well as Certified Public Accountant (TX).
Mauricio is responsible for Collinson’s Client Engagement efforts in The Americas region, where he works with talented Collinson team members across multiple countries and with existing clients throughout the entire region, ensuring flawless delivery of Collinson Experiences and a strong relationship to allow Collinson continue contributing to client success. He also oversees Business Solutions in the Americas region which leverages a consultative approach to answer client needs and spark innovation in the region by connecting with startups, industry experts and like-minded organizations and individuals to help fuel solutions for our clients.
He is a highly accomplished Senior Executive with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries and businesses such as consulting, engineering and construction, corporate travel, hospitality, international business, supplier relations, market development, negotiations; and across multiple geographies including North, Central and South America, Europe and Asia. Mauricio earned a B.B.A. and Engineering degree from Universidad del Bío-Bío in Chile; and an M.B.A. in Finance and Analytic Finance from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Nicola is our SVP of Global Finance based in our London office.
Her finance career to date has spanned a number of sectors, including property, automotive, financial services and travel. Having previously lived and worked in Luxembourg for 5 years working with the largest private equity groups on their global tax structuring and planning.
Nicola is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, is Chartered Tax qualified and is a Chartered Internal Auditor.
Priyanka is a senior business leader with over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering customer engagement and loyalty strategies across the financial services, travel, retail, channel and leisure & entertainment sectors for leading global and regional brands.
In Priyanka’s current capacity at Collinson, she is responsible for setting up the region for success, carving it out from global, with high emphasis on protecting existing business in these critical times while spearheading growth of the region through increasing Collinson’s market share in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Priyanka’s remit includes setting the direction for Collinson global teams on product development and go to market strategy for EMEA ensuring our offering across Loyalty, Travel Experience and Insurance and Assistance is fit for purpose and geared towards the needs and demands of the region.
Priyanka also represents Collinson externally at events, in media and thought leadership forums across EMEA. Working alongside the C-suite of leading brands, Priyanka provides insights on enterprise level customer engagement strategies utilising the development in data, digital and emerging technologies.
Vicki is responsible for leading the commercial and strategic management of a vast network of partners across the Airport Ecosystem including Lounges, Spas, Dining, and other passenger services. Since joining Collinson in 2019, she’s led the development and successful delivery of critical strategies, such as growth and diversification of our partner network, restructuring of operating models, and new consumer solutions to help guide the business through the pandemic.
Prior to joining Collinson she gained a wealth of experience in product and partnership management in roles across blue-chip banks and networks, smaller niche firms and her own consultancy business, across a variety of travel and lifestyle products.

Lawrence has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and brings a blend of strategic selling, proposition development and relationship and general management experience with a track record of delivering successful long-term, strategic alliances.
Lawrence joined Collinson from Aviva in 2014, where he held a senior business development role within their general insurance business. Lawrence has also held a range of senior sales roles across financial services and utilities with AXA Insurance, Lloyds TSB and E.ON. Within Collinson, he has held previous senior business development and Commercial Director roles, as well as heading up a number of the insurance trading lines of business.
Martin is an independent non-executive director of the Collinson Insurance division UK entities and chairs the board as well as chairing its Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of two insurance intermediary firms, majority owned by Alternative Asset Managers, more commonly referred to as Private Equity. During this period, he led several acquisition and divestment activities, as well as building each business organically and eventually selling them into new ownership on behalf of the majority shareholders.
Martin`s career prior to financial services was in branded consumer goods where he held various commercial and general management roles in the US multinational, Pepsico, within their beverage and snack foods businesses. He is an economics graduate of the University of Nottingham, where he is a current member of the School of Economics Strategic Advisory board.
Mike is responsible for new growth across our Insurance Division, leading our Business Development, Columbus Travel Insurance and SmartDelay teams. He also sits on the board of Nordic Benefits, our Norwegian Dental Insurance business.
With over 30 years of experience working with blue chip brands in Financial Services and Insurance, Mike has spent his career building and leading high-performing commercial teams, including 10 years in his last role at Allianz where he held a Global Commercial role and set up Allianz’s Global Key Account Management practice.
Mike is also a Director of Chesham United Football Club, working with the Board to generate additional commercial revenue.
Alex is responsible for our Global SmartDelay proposition, including the development and evolution of our travel disruption offering.
Prior to joining Collinson Alex gained a wealth of experience working for leading organisations across the European travel insurance sector, including American Express and AXA. In his current role, Alex works with all regions of our business to scale our SmartDelay proposition and service our growing client portfolio.
Greg’s areas of expertise include brand and business strategy, P&L responsibility, team management, product development and pricing, major account acquisition and management, digital marketing and e-commerce, customer service operations and regulatory compliance up to board and PRA/FCA approved person level. Greg also contributes to the industry through membership of several committees, such as International Travel Insurance Conferences and the Association of British Insurers, as well as being a Fellow of the Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT).
Greg joined Collinson in 2011 bringing over 20 years of insurance experience, including working as a Lloyd’s Broker and in the private company market.
Paul is the Finance Director of the Insurance Division. He is responsible for the finance function across our UK and Malta entities, working closely with the business to drive financial planning, providing management accounts and operational finance processes, and delivering on both statutory and regulatory reporting deadlines.
Paul is an experienced finance leader within Collinson, having joined in 2002. He has held many roles across the Collinson Group, both in and out of the insurance division, and sits on the Group’s senior finance leader team, as well as a member of the relevant underwriting, reserving, risk, capital and compliance committees.
Simon heads up our Multi-Lines Insurance business, providing a wide range of non-core personal lines insurance products (Gadget, Cycle, Motor Breakdown, etc.) to our Partners and their customers.
He is passionate about delivering the ‘true partnership’ approach that we trade on here at Collinson and he and his team continue to grow the Multi-Lines business strongly in line with overall Insurance Division strategy.
Simon brings over 25 years of Insurance experience to Collinson having worked for Lloyd’s brokers, Third Part Administrators, MGAs and BPO businesses prior to joining Collinson.

Before joining Collinson, David spent 15 years working in the London and international insurance markets. His career experience includes roles ranging from broking at Rattner Mackenzie Ltd, deputy underwriter for Kiln Ltd, as well as having spent five years as Managing Director of HCC Specialty Underwriters.
Marcus works closely with David Evans, Chief Strategy Officer, in crafting the development and execution of corporate strategy across the Group, in particular, leading the annual business planning cycle alongside group finance, supporting any major inorganic activity, inputting to and recommending the allocation of capital, portfolio attractiveness and coordinating any major cross Group strategic initiatives.
Before joining Collinson, Marcus spent 11 years working in commercial aviation at International Airlines Group and its wholly owned subsidiary, British Airways, mostly in strategy roles.
