After working with them for 10+ successful years, we are very pleased to announce that Alpha Bank has decided to approve our proposal to renew the contract for the next 3 years, for both Greece and Romania, and renew their trust in Realtime-XLS Loyalty.
Collinson is extremely proud to be awarded this renewal, enabling us to continue support Alpha Bank’s development for the best loyalty programme in the region (Bonus Loyalty programme in Greece).
This decision came after a long journey of response to Alpha Bank’s Loyalty RFI, many discussions, Steering Committee sessions and negotiation during the last 6 months of 2022. We proposed a revamped model to meet more closely the bank’s new key market challenges, including 2 key strategic projects which will be launched in early 2023:
- Daily Loyalty Operations based on a future-proof Azure Cloud computing platform managed by the Collinson team.
- Loyalty application enhancement to support Apple Pay/Google Pay Wallets for both Visa/MasterCard schemes.
