Collinson’s consumer travel insurance brand, Columbus Direct, wins at the 2019 ITIJ Awards

Columbus Direct, the leading travel insurance brand operated by Collinson, has been named ‘Aggregator, Broker, Affinity Partner of the Year’ at the 2019 ITIJ Awards. Now in their 17th year, the ITIJ Awards recognise the companies that excel in serving their customers and clients to drive forward positive change in the travel and health insurance industry around the world. Having launched over 30 years ago, Columbus Direct was awarded for its product innovation, excellent customer experience and unique suite of complimentary benefits offered to all customers.

The awards ceremony took place on the final night of the ITIC Global conference in Malta. Other winners included Air Ambulance Worldwide, Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS) and Verisk Risk Rating.
