Analysing the results of a global survey of nearly 4,000 business travellers and 700 travel managers, the discussion will focus on the return to business travel in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic by exploring travelling employees’ willingness to travel, revised priorities, and new requirements of their organisations in relation to both safety and success.
