On Wednesday 27th November from 4-5pm, Peter Gerstle, Head of Travel Products and Vivien Deng, General Manager China will reveal how today's leading companies are driving revenue and customer engagement by delivering demand-led, personalized experiences; and how paid loyalty can be leveraged by the travel industry to achieve these results.
- Panel Discussion: "Where to spend your budget - Mass infrequent travellers versus frequent flyers"
On Thursday 28th November from 4-5pm, Collinson's President of Asia Pacific, Todd Handcock, will moderate a panel session that discusses the revenue opportunities surrounding mass infrequent travellers versus frequent flyers. Featuring panellists Christopher Evans, Collinson's Joint CEO, and Selina Miao, Head of Asia Miles China, the session will consider strategies such as paid membership, and when this is most effectively deployed.
