  • Consumers would stay with their financial services institution if they offered travel-related rewards and benefits (85%).
  • A tailored, value-adding experience matters – such as being offered rewards and benefits relevant to them and tailoring communication outreach.
  • Spend is extremely or very influenced by a brand’s loyalty programme (61%).
