Tuesday 19 February @ 2:00pm – Workshop: ‘Confessions of a travel loyalty executive’ led by us! We’re really excited to share with you some of the biggest pain-points in the industry and look forward to brainstorming and working through some practical top-tips to help us all make loyalty more effective in 2019 and beyond! Wednesday 20 February @ 11:30am – Workshop: ‘How emotional loyalty scoring marketing system reduces costs and increases revenues for your brand’ with our friends and partners from Kobie. We’re looking forward to hearing insights from David Andreadakis, Chief Strategy Officer, about the motivations of emotional loyalty for customers.
