Temporary suspension of Collinson’s trade within Russia

Collinson Group, operators of Priority Pass and LoungeKey, has taken the decision to temporarily suspend trading within Russia, effective midnight (MSK) on 11th March 2022.

The Collinson Board alongside its international team of colleagues, are deeply concerned about the ongoing situation in Ukraine. We join the many voices from around the world calling for an immediate end to this war, and for peace.

Collinson has conducted business in Russia for many years and knows that many Russian people including our customers are also calling for peace. Collinson looks forward to restoring the provision of services to our valued Russian customers and partners in the future.

This suspension will mean that:

  • All airport and railway lounges and airport experiences within Russia will be temporarily inaccessible under the Priority Pass, LoungeKey, Lounge Pass, Lounge Gateway and SmartDelay programmes for all customers globally;
  • Priority Pass and LoungeKey membership will be suspended for all customers who receive their membership as part of a benefit offered by any Russian bank, including the ability to access any lounges or airport experiences;
  • Retail memberships for members based in Russia who purchased their Priority Pass membership directly will be paused. Membership will be reactivated when we resume providing services. No new retail sales will be made in Russia until we resume operations.

We continue to monitor and comply with all relevant UK, US and EU sanctions.

As we take this difficult step, our thoughts remain with everyone who has been affected by this conflict and we hope for a swift and peaceful resolution.
