Having launched over 30 years ago as the UK’s first online travel insurance provider, Columbus Direct was recognised for its exceptional product and customer service quality, as well as competitiveness of price and structure. After the first stage selection, the shortlisted companies were judged by a panel of readers, who mystery shopped each brand and benchmarked the quality of service provided.
