The World Rail Festival is a specialist event that attracts global public transport operators to Amsterdam. Over 900 attendees will be there to discuss commercial strategy, customer experience, digital transformation, smart ticketing, revenue management, MaaS, stations, connectivity and real time information in the rail, bus, aviation, ferries and urban mobility sectors.
Alan Isaacs, Collinson’s Travel Business Development Leader is joining Zoë Senior, General Manager of our Loyalty Agency to share insights and catch up on the hot topics affecting the transport and travel sector. Zoë has over 20 years’ experience working in some of the UK and Australia’s leading CRM and loyalty agencies, on blue-chip brands such as Tesco Clubcard, Eurostar, KLM, Radisson Hotels, National Express and Air New Zealand. Her rail experience includes running the award-winning CRM and digital accounts for Virgin Trains East Coast and Virgin Trains West Coast.
